§ 22.120. Sale of equipment.

Latest version.

Upon any of the above-mentioned equipment becoming useless, and upon recommendation of the city engineer, it shall be disposed of by sale, if salable, in accordance with chapter 18 of this Code, and any funds realized by said sale shall be credited to the equipment fund.
