§ 22.110. Equipment rent to be credited to fund.

Rental charges for the use of equipment shall be collected from the various departments of the city, including the boards of the city, or for construction projects, as the case may be, and shall be credited to the equipment fund. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 475.050)
