§ 22.130. Funds for purchase of equipment.

Additional new equipment found to be necessary to be used for the purposes herein specified, must be paid for from any cash balance in the equipment fund not otherwise encumbered. However, if there shall not be sufficient unencumbered cash balances in said fund to purchase the required new equipment, the city council may authorize additional money to be placed in said fund to be used for such purposes.
