§ 575.30. Zoning study.

The industrially zoned portion of the BCV area, as shown on the map included in petition number 266282 on file in the office of the city clerk is hereby declared to be an interim study area with respect to the establishment or expansion of any commercial or industrial use or development. The planning department is hereby directed to commence a land use study to evaluate and appropriately modify the city's official controls such as its zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan in response to the land use and design objectives outlined in the approved BCV master plan and to propose such additional amendments to these controls that the planning department deems appropriate to improve their conformance with, and support for, the approved BCV master plan.
