PROVIDING FOR A MORATORIUM ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS, TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS, AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS OF THREE OR FOUR UNITS IN THE AREA OF NORTH MINNEAPOLIS BOUNDED BY WEST BROADWAY AVENUE AND THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER TO THE CITY LIMITS, AND IN THE WILLARD HAY, NEAR NORTH, HARRISON AND SUMNER GLENWOOD NEIGHBORHOODS, EXCEPT HOUSING BEING DEVELOPED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Chapter 581. PROVIDING FOR A MORATORIUM ON BUILDING CONSTRUCTION THAT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT PERMITTED AS OF RIGHT BY THE ZONING CODE IN THE AREA OF THE UPTOWN SMALL AREA PLAN.
Chapter 582. PROVIDING FOR A MORATORIUM ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OR RETROFITTING OF ANY OFF-PREMISE ADVERTISING SIGN OR BILLBOARD WITH NEW DIGITAL OR ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY OF ANY TYPE THAT IS CAPABLE OF CREATING ELECTRONIC IMAGES ON SIGNS.
Chapter 583. MORATORIUM PROHIBITING THE ESTABLISHMENT OR EXPANSION OF COMMERCIAL PARKING LOTS AND AUTO-ORIENTED USES IN THE AREAS BOUNDED BY A ONE-HALF (½) MILE RADIUS AROUND EACH STATION-SITE, AND PROHIBITING THE ESTABLISHMENT OR EXPANSION OF COMMERCIAL PARKING LOTS AND AUTO-ORIENTED USES AS WELL AS THE SITING OF NEW OR EXPANDED COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREAS BOUNDED BY A ONE-QUARTER (¼) MILE RADIUS AROUND EACH STATION-SITE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOO LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND 16TH AVENUE, SOO LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND FRANKLIN AVENUE, HIAWATHA AVENUE AND LAKE STREET, HIAWATHA AVENUE AND 38TH STREET, HIAWATHA AVENUE AND 46TH STREET, AND HIAWATHA AVENUE AND 50TH STREET
