§ 385.250. Misrepresentation of permitted uses of real estate, property or structure.

  • No person, whether acting as owner or as an agent, servant, employee or broker for another in the sale or exchange of any real estate, property or structure of any kind or nature, whether for any fee, commission, salary or not, shall willfully misrepresent to any purchaser that such real estate, property or structure may be used for a rooming house, rest home, nursing home, dormitory, boardinghouse or multiple dwelling purpose whenever such use is prohibited by or is contrary to law.
