§ 385.240. Abandoned iceboxes and similar containers.

No person shall leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling or other structure under his control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned or unattended icebox, refrigerator or other similar container which may become airtight by reason of a door, lid, cover and locking device that cannot be opened or released from the inside.
