§ 229.120. Abatement of other pests on public property.

  • Whenever the commissioner of health finds that the above-mentioned pests or vermin are creating an offensive, nauseous, hurtful, dangerous, unhealthful or uncomfortable condition on any public property the commissioner shall remove or cause to be removed or abated all such nuisances insofar as can be done within the facilities available and within the limits of the funds provided for such activity.
