§ 202.20. Market license required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate a municipal market without obtaining a license therefor. License shall be obtained by the lessee to operate a municipal market. (2004-Or-038, § 1, 4-16-04; Ord. No. 2017-017 , § 15, 4-28-17)
