PB4-97. - Permit duration and fee.

Such permit so granted by the superintendent of parks shall be in full force and effect unless revoked for cause for a period from the date of granting thereof to May first next succeeding the effective date of said permit, and the persons so granted a permit shall pay a dockage fee in an amount to be established from time to time by the park board.
