§ 101.140. Sewer or cesspool connection required.

Every building in which plumbing is to be installed shall be connected with the city sewer whenever such sewer and a water main are provided in the street upon which such building fronts. When a water main only, but no sewer, is provided in said street, such building shall be connected with a cesspool of such dimensions, and located in such place, as required by the commissioner of health.
