§ 101.130. Exceptions for refrigeration.

No permit, license or certificate of competency shall be required of a person duly licensed by the city as a master refrigeration installer or of the holder of a certificate of competency as a journeyman refrigeration installer issued by the city for the disconnecting or reconnecting of refrigeration systems or equipment connected to the water distribution system of any building or structure for the purpose of repairing or servicing of such refrigeration systems or equipment.
