§ 37.20. Membership.

Of the five (5) members of the board of directors to be appointed by the city, one member shall be the mayor or a person designated by the mayor, one member shall be the president of the city council and the remaining members shall be council members designated by the city council. The persons appointed shall serve personally on the board of directors and no alternates shall act in the place of the appointed members.
