§ 15.100. City property and resources.

(a) A local official or employee shall not engage in or permit the unauthorized use or destruction of city property, funds, or resources.

(b)

A local official or employee shall not direct or request subordinates to use official time to perform any activities for the local official's or employee's personal convenience, profit or benefit. (2003-Or-034, § 1, 3-21-03; Ord. No. 2016-001 , § 5, 1-15-16)
