§ 510.90. Stormwater fund.

Stormwater charges collected by the city shall be paid into a fund that is hereby created and shall be known as the "Stormwater Fund." This fund shall be used for the purpose of paying costs of capital improvements, administration of the stormwater utility, operation and maintenance and debt service of the stormwater management system and to carry out all other purposes of the utility.
