§ 510.100. Equivalent stormwater unit (ESU) rate.

The ESU and the ESU rate that is used to determine the charge for each class of residential developed property, other residential developed property, non-residential developed property, and vacant property shall be as established in an ordinance or a resolution heretofore adopted or hereafter adopted by the city council, and as thereafter amended.
