§ 509.770. Special charges.

The use of water flow for any purpose not specified by council resolution is to be charged and compensation collected therefor per one hundred (100) cubic feet at the average quantity estimated by the director of the water treatment and distribution services division to be used during the year, or the quantity ascertained by meter.
