Editor's note

Sections 2 and 3 of 90-Or-139, adopted May 11, 1990, repealed §§ 494.40 and 494.50. Said repealed sections pertained to required snowmobile equipment and application of other laws, and were derived from Code 1960, as amended, §§ 426.040, 426.050.
