§ 459.120. Filing, amendment of plan.

This plan for operation and regulation of the Chicago Avenue Mall shall be filed with the city clerk and open to inspection. It may be amended from time to time by ordinance as the city council may determine. (2005-Or-078, § 1, 9-2-05)
