§ 459.110. Complaints.

Complaints from the public and from owners and occupants of adjoining property regarding the operation and maintenance of the Chicago Avenue Mall shall likewise be submitted to the director of public works, and referred by the director of public works to the advisory board, which shall promptly consider them and report to the director of public works their recommendations regarding such complaints.
