§ 426.60. Procedures.

A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum for all purposes. The commissioners shall select a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary from among the members and shall adopt such by-laws and other rules for the conduct of affairs as they deem appropriate. The board of commissioners shall take action only by the affirmative vote of at least three (3) commissioners. The regular meetings of the MIHA shall be held in a fixed place and all meetings shall be open to the public except as otherwise permitted by the Minnesota Open Meeting Law.
