§ 351.90. Violations and penalties.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter may be enforced by any one (1), all, or any combination of the following penalties and remedies:

(1)

Violations may be enforced pursuant to section 1.30 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.

(2)

Violations may be enforced as administrative offenses pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.

(3)

Violations may constitute just cause for the imposition of adverse license action, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation.

(4)

This chapter may also be enforced by injunction, abatement, mandamus, or any other appropriate remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction. ( Ord. No. 2017-055 , § 1, 10-20-17)
