§ 281.20. Application for license; referral and action.

Any person desiring to obtain a tobacco dealers license shall file with the licensing official a written application stating the full name and address of the applicant for such license, and the fixed location of the building or buildings and the part or portions thereof intended to be used by the applicant under such license.
