Such licensees shall be jointly and severally responsible for all work done under
such licenses, and such work shall be done under the immediate supervision of such
qualified and jointly licensed employee. In cases when such license shall be revoked
by reason of one of such joint licensees having failed to comply with the regulations
pertaining to such work, such revocation shall be without prejudice to the right of
the other joint licensee to obtain a new license, either as an individual or with
a different corporation-employer, where the employee is the innocent party, or as
joint licensee with another employee qualified as herein provided, where the corporation-employer
