§ 263.10. Application of chapter.

Whenever a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota shall desire to engage in any business in the city for which a license is required by this Code, and the Code shall require that one or more officers of such corporation shall possess sufficient skill, knowledge and experience, or hold and possess a valid certificate of competency in such particular kind of work or business, as a prerequisite to the granting of such license, the corporation shall comply with this chapter.
