§ 263.20. Application with qualified employee.

  • The corporation may make its application jointly with a bona fide employee who, under the terms of the applicable chapter of this Code, possesses sufficient knowledge, training and experience where such chapter does not in addition require a certificate of competency, or who is the holder of a valid and unexpired certificate of competency, where such chapter does so require, qualifying the employee for either Master or Class A license in the particular kind of work or business for which a license is sought. For the purpose of this chapter, such bona fide employee shall be construed to mean a qualified person who shall be employed by such corporation in such work or business on a permanent basis for the regular working hours of said corporation during the existence of such license.
