§ 248.110. Issuance of certificate of approval.

  • (a) If after the evaluation the dwelling is found to be in compliance with the requirements of this chapter, or after all required repairs/replacements are completed and approved, a certificate of approval shall be issued to the owner or owner's representative.

    (1)

    The certificate shall state the address of the property evaluated, the owner or owner's representative, and the owner or owner's representative address, report number, and issue date, that the structure has been inspected and is in compliance with the requirements of this section. The report shall be signed by the building official or building official's designee.

    (b)

    If the city finds that circumstances following the issuance of a certificate of approval involve new violations of repair/replace items a new inspection may be required in order to satisfy the requirements of section 248.80

    (c)
