§ 202.60. License fee and when licenses expire.

The licensee of a municipal market shall pay an annual license fee as established in Appendix J, License Fee Schedule. Licenses issued under this chapter shall expire on April first of each year. (2004-Or-038, § 1, 4-16-04; 2009-Or-126, § 1, 11-13-09; 2011-Or-096, § 5, 11-4-11)
