§ 202.290. Forfeiture of space.

  • Any lessee of any stall, or any person having a license or permit to occupy any stall or space in the municipal market, who shall be twice convicted of any violation of this chapter or of any rule relating to his conduct or the conduct of any of his officers or agents on the municipal market, shall upon his second conviction automatically forfeit his lease or permit. Any lessee who shall use or attempt to use any stall or space for any purpose other than that for which it was specifically rented, or other than is permitted by the provisions of this chapter, shall forthwith forfeit his lease to said stall or space.
