§ 202.220. Shoplifting.

No person shall remove any products, containers for products, or any other property from the truck of, or the display space allotted to, any person who sells on the municipal market without previously having purchased and paid for, or without previously having made arrangements satisfactory to the seller for the purchase or transfer of such products, containers or other property.
