§ 4.4. Interest on Late Payments.

Latest version.

All sums not paid when due, and after reasonable notice and opportunity to cure, shall bear interest at the rate of one (1) percent per annum computed monthly, and if so paid with interest within thirty (30) days of due date, shall not constitute an event of default.
