§ 4.3. Payments and Quarterly Reports.

(a) Payments. Grantee's Franchise Fee payments to the City shall be computed quarterly following the Effective Date of this Franchise. Payments shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days following the end of each quarter.

(b)

Quarterly Reports. Each payment shall be accompanied by a written report to the City, containing an accurate statement in summarized form, as well as in detail, of Grantee's Gross Revenues and the computation of the payment amount. Such reports shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the City and shall include revenue by product category. (2009-Or-192, § 1, 12-18-09)
