§ 160.230. Representations pertaining to the sale of firewood.

Every representation pertaining to the sale of firewood shall contain a statement as to whether such firewood is "seasoned" or "green," and a declaration of the true name and percentage of each constituent species group within ten (10) per cent accuracy.
