Article XIII. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PERMIT FEES |
§ 91.910. Basic fees.
The fees for the permit required by section 52.140 shall be as established in section 91.70 based on the following categories:

Inspection outside of normal business hours per hour*
(minimum charge—two (2) hours)
*Or the total hourly cost to the city, whichever is the greatest. This cost shall include supervision, overhead, equipment, hourly wages and fringe benefits of the employees involved. (2006-Or-053, § 3, 5-12-06; 2013-Or-120, § 29, 12-6-13)
