For each refrigeration system up to and including thirty-six thousand (36,000) Btu's
of delivered refrigeration effect, the fee shall be as established in the director's
fee schedule pursuant to section 91.70. A separate fee shall be specified in the director's fee schedule for each additional
thirty-six thousand (36,000) Btu's of delivered refrigeration effect, or any fraction
thereof. The fee for alterations, additions and repair to existing refrigeration systems
shall be based on the valuation table contained in section 91.460.
