§ 91.610. Installation permits.

The fee for permits for the installation, alteration, repair or replacement of elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, moving walks, wheelchair lifts, vertical reciprocating conveyors and other similar vertical transportation devices shall be as set out in paragraph (1) below:

(1)

One and one-half (1.5) percent of the total valuation of the work.

(2)

Permits for temporary construction use of an elevator shall require payment of a permit fee as established in the director's fee schedule pursuant to section 91.70.
