§ 91.55. Re-inspection fees.

Any person doing permitted work in a manner so as to require additional inspections over and above the normal inspections required by the Minnesota State Building Code and its amendments, shall be required to pay a re-inspection fee as established in the director's fee schedule pursuant to Section 91.70 for each and every additional inspection required to be made until all such work is found to be in compliance with the applicable code.
