§ 85.50. More restrictive standards to apply.

Where the conditions imposed by any provision of the building code are either more restrictive or less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by provisions of any other ordinance, or of any law, resolution, rule, or regulation of any kind, of the city, the regulations which are more restrictive or which impose higher standards or requirements shall govern.
