§ 108.40. Certificate expiration; renewal.

Unless sooner revoked, a parking ramp operating certificate shall expire on the expiration date of any insurance policy required in section 108.90 of this chapter. An applicant who wishes to renew the operating certificate shall, at least thirty (30) days before the expiration date, file an application for renewal on forms provided by the department and shall submit proof of inspection services performed by a qualified civil or structural engineer.
