§ 107.30. Identification labels.

The conveyances regulated by this chapter shall bear an identification label having a number assigned and recorded by the construction code services division of the community planning economic development (CPED) department. Such labels shall be furnished and placed by the construction code services division of the community planning economic development (CPED) department at a uniform location on or about the device or apparatus. Such identification labels shall not be removed without the permission of the building official.
