§ 105.40. State standards to be applied.

The provisions of the Minnesota Building Code, filed with the secretary of state and the commissioner of administration, that apply to heating, air conditioning and refrigeration plants shall be the applicable standards for the construction, maintenance, operation and repair of such systems.
