§ 103.10. Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

Gas distribution pipes. Any pipe or tubing on the discharge side of the meter, or on the discharge side of gas storage container where gas is not metered, conveying or holding illuminating or fuel gas. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 133.010; 96-Or-020, § 1, 3-29-96)
