§ 48.250. Use of unregulated soil.

(a) No person shall bring in to the city or use any soil or fill in the city unless it is clean granular fill with an average diameter of one (1) inch or less.

(b)

When approved by the state and with prior approval by the authority, contaminated soil may be placed back into an excavation on the same site, provided it is consistent with development on the site. (2002-Or-169, § 24, 11-8-02)
