§ 41.10. Authorization and purpose.

(a) Purpose. This chapter establishes an information governance program that complies with applicable laws and regulations relating to the retention, access, and disposition of city records, including the Official Records Act, Minnesota Statutes § 15.17, the Minnesota Records Management Law, Minnesota Statutes § 138.17, and the Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13.

(b)

Definitions. Words and phrases in this chapter have the same meaning they have in the Minnesota Records Management Law, Minnesota Statutes § 138.17, and the Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13. ( Ord. No. 2017-008 , § 1, 3-10-17)
