§ 39.60. Failure to comply bars future contracts.

Upon the request of the appropriate contract monitoring officer, all contractors and successor contractors shall comply with any reasonable request by the city to ensure compliance with this article. The city shall prepare and maintain a list of all contractors or successor contractors who are in default under any of the provisions of this article and no further contracts shall be awarded or entered into with such contractor or successor contractor.
