§ 35.10. Established; membership.

There is hereby created and subject to the limitation on powers of the committee therein, a Minneapolis Capital Long Range Improvement Committee which shall consist of thirty-three (33) members. The city council shall appoint twenty-six (26) members and the mayor shall appoint seven (7) members. All board members shall be appointed in conformance with the open appointments as outlined in Minneapolis Code of Ordinances Title 2, Chapter 14.180.
