§ 26.90. Records; use of funds.

The ordinance violations bureau shall keep a complete record of all tags brought into or processed through it. All money received by the bureau as payment for fines shall be paid over to the clerk of the Municipal Court of Hennepin County and shall be deposited or disbursed by the clerk as in the case of all other fines levied by the municipal court and paid into the clerk's office.
