§ 18.105. Other contracts.

All contracts not regulated by section 18.100, including but not limited to professional, technical, and service contracts, leases, joint powers agreements, maintenance agreements, real estate sales, loan agreements, purchases or leases, intergovernmental agreements, or any other contracts, shall be in written form approved by the city attorney.
