§ 17.140. Amendments.

The city council reserves the right to amend this chapter and to make further and different provision for the reorganization, consolidation or delegation of the duties and responsibilities of the fiscal management functions of the city and other administrative changes to the extent permitted by Minnesota Laws 1983, Chapter 160.
