§ 16.680. Agencies to agree to system.

No materials, supplies or service shall be furnished by any board, department or branch thereof under the jurisdiction of the city council, to any board, department or branch thereof not under the jurisdiction of the city council unless such other board, department or branch thereof shall first consent to the terms of this article and the methods herein prescribed for transfer of funds.
